Our focus is on developing the complete athlete. With quality training regarding the mental, physical, and emotional aspects specific to their sport, students at the GSS Performance Institute will become the best athletes they are capable of being.

We have restructured the way we will do training. This is exciting in many ways, because the process will now be easier, more efficient, and even more affordable! Our class will be separated into three categories; Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced. Any athlete wanting to be a part of the GSS Performance Institute will attend a free evaluation session. This evaluation allows us to place the athlete in the correct class, so the athlete's progress & growth can be maximized. Even if you choose not to continue with us, we will still provide valuable feedback from the evaluation session.

HOW DO I BECOME A STUDENT AT THE GSS PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE?
Step 1 (choose a sport):
Click the sport icon below for the sport you'd like to receive training for.
Fill out the form for that sport.
Step 2 (evaluation session):
We will email you to schedule your free evaluation session.
The evaluation session allows us to get a clear picture of the current skill level.
The evaluation session is also the starting point for designing the most effective program.
Step 3 (training program):
We will email you with our feedback from the evaluation session & our recommendation for training.
You decide if you want to move forward with our program.
If you decide to train with us, you can pay for each class separately or for a block of classes.
If you decide not to train with us, you pay nothing.
